Sync Calendar with Mozilla Lightning

Lightning is a plugin for Mozilla Thunderbird e-mail client.

Select Create a new calendar on the Mozilla Thunderbird main window:

Click on Create a new calendar

Select On the Network option:

Select On the Network

Select CalDAV option and provide the full path to your calendar:

Select CalDAV format and type location /calendars/User1/Calendar

Note: that unlike many CalDAV and CardDAV clients Mozilla Lightning does not support discovery mechanism, you must provide a complete URL to your calendar.

On the next step provide the name of the calendar:

Type the name of calendar

Enter your credentials:

Enter username and password
